Advanced Tools

If you use FTP or other non-Live365 applications to modify or upload your playlists or tracks, there's a chance that not all the web pages will be up to date as far as your latest changes. Try one or more of the tools below to correct/resync your account.

These advanced tools are not usually necessary if you use Live365 software or the Live365 website to manage your broadcast.

Sync Tracks Go PROBLEM: Track information listed on the website does not match the actual characteristics of tracks uploaded to Live365 locker.

SOLUTION: This tool will sync your database entries to your current list of uploaded tracks. It will add/delete entries as necessary and make sure the physical file information (e.g. bitrate, codec, length) is up-to-date for each mp3 file in your locker. It will read ID3 tag information from the mp3 files only for new mp3 files that have never been uploaded before; ID3 tag information for existing or reactivated database entries can only be modified or re-read in the Track Info Editor.

Sync Playlists Go PROBLEM: List of playlists on the website does not match the playlist display seen through FTP.

SOLUTION: If you add or delete playlist files via FTP our web page may not be aware of those changes. This tool will sync your list of playlists and match them to what you see via FTP.
